羊肚菌连作对沙质土壤微生物及代谢物的影响OA
Effects of Continuous-Cropping of Morchella on Microbial Community and Metabolites in Sandy Soil
研究沙土栽培条件下连作对六妹羊肚菌(Morchella sextelata)菌柄基部土壤理化性质、微生物群落、代谢物和微生物-代谢物相互关系的影响.结果表明:与非连作相比,连作土壤中硝态氮、铵态氮、速效磷和有机碳含量显著升高,pH降低;镰刀菌属(Fusarium)和被孢霉属(Mortierella)相对丰度上升,假单胞菌门(Pseudomonadota)和拟杆菌门(Bacteroidota)相对丰度下降;上调的差异代谢物349种,主要为有机酸及衍生物、有机杂环、苯系芳香化合物,其中,7-氧代-8,15-异吡嗪-18-酸(7-oxo-8,15-isopimaradien-18-oic acid)与羊肚菌属相对丰度呈显著负相关(P<0.05),与镰刀菌属相对丰度呈极显著正相关(P<0.01).研究结果为防控沙质土壤栽培羊肚菌的连作障碍提供参考.
Continuous cropping remains a major bottleneck for the sustainable cultivation of morel mushrooms(Morchella spp.),yet the mechanisms driving yield decline in sandy soils are poorly understood.To address this,we examined how repeated cropping of Morchella sextelata in sandy soil affects the physicochemical environment,microbial communities,and metabolite profiles in the stipe base zone,and how these factors interact.The results showed that compared with non-continuous cropping,continuous cropping resulted in significantly increases in nitrate nitrogen,ammonium nitrogen,available phosphorus,and organic carbon,while soil pH decreased.At the microbial level,the relative abundance of Fusarium and Mortierella rose in continuous cropping soil,whereas the phyla Pseudomonadota and Bacteroidota were significantly decreased.Metabolomic profiling identified 349 upregulated differential metabolites,predominantly organic acids and derivatives,organic heterocyclic compounds,and benzenoid aromatic compounds.Among them,7-oxo-8,15-isopimaradien-1 8-oic acid showed a significant negative correlation with Morchella abundance(P<0.05)and a highly significant positive correlation with Fusarium(P<0.01).These findings provide mechanistic insights to the continuous cropping problem in sandy soil-based morel cultivation and offer a foundation for developing targeted mitigation strategies.
