Breeding of Two Auricularia heimuer Cultivars'Yun'er No.1'and'Yun'er No.2'
在云南省文山壮族苗族自治州富宁县、迪庆州香格里拉市金江镇采集野生木耳(Auricularia)子实体,分别通过组织分离获得纯菌株L7061、L7013、L7062、L7120,鉴定为黑木耳(A.heimuer),以'黑保1号'为对照,经过初筛、复筛、区别性鉴定、中试和示范栽培选育菌株,并测定其营养成分,结果表明:L7061子实体单片、背面皱褶较少;耳根较小,耳片边缘全缘、深褐色,直径(7.26±0.5)cm,厚度(0.16±0.02)cm,生物学效率为(114.3±1.29)%.L7013子实体簇状、背面有皱褶;耳片厚实、黑色,直径(6.2±0.5)cm,厚度(0.18±0.04)cm,生物学效率为(123.5±1.41)%.L7061的蛋白质、粗多糖含量分别为17.60、48 g.100 g-1;L7013的蛋白质、粗多糖含量分别为20.50、45.6 g·100 g-1;与对照相比,两者的蛋白质和粗多糖含量较高.2024年4月12日,L7061、L7013通过云南省非主要农作物品种鉴定,命名为'云耳1号'、'云耳2号',鉴定编号:滇鉴(食用菌)2024042号、滇鉴(食用菌)2024043号.
Wild fruiting bodies of Auricularia were collected from Funing County,Wenshan Zhuang and Miao Autonomous Prefecture,and Jinjiang Town,Shangri-La City,Diqing Prefecture,Yunnan Province,China.Pure strains L7061,L7013,L7062 and L7120 were obtained through tissue isolation and identified as A.heimuer.Using the commercial cultivar'Heibao 1'as the control,the candidate strains were evaluated through a sequential process consisting of primary screening,secondary screening,differential identification,pilot-scale cultivation,and demonstration cultivation,followed by a comprehensive nutritional analysis.The results showed that strain L7061 produced solitary,single-piece fruiting bodies characterized by minimal back-side wrinkles,a small stipe base,entire margins,and a deep brown color.The fruiting body diameter was(7.26±0.5)cm,thickness was(0.16±0.02)cm,and the biological efficiency reached(114.3±1.29)%.Strain L7013,by contrast,produced clustered fruiting bodies with wrinkled backs,thick and black pilei,a diameter of(6.2±0.5)cm,a thickness of(0.18±0.04)cm,and a biological efficiency of(123.5±1.41)%.In terms of nutritional composition,L7061 contained 17.60 g·100 g-1 protein and 48 g·100 g-1 crude polysaccharides,while L7013 contained 20.50 g·100 g-1 protein and 45.6 g·100 g-1 crude polysaccharides,both significantly exceeding the values recorded for the control variety.On April 12,2024,strains L7061 and L7013 passed the non-major crop variety certification of Yunnan Province and were officially named'Yun'er 1'and'Yun'er 2',with certification numbers Dianjian(Edible Fungi)2024042 and 2024043,respectively.
