茶树与土壤有机碳测定跨标准比较研究OA

比较GB/T 30733-2014、HJ 615-2011、NY/T 1121.6-2006等3项标准在茶树叶、枝、根及根际土、0~15 cm表层土中的适配性与稳定性,聚焦总碳(TC)与有机碳(OC)的变量边界与可比性.基于实测结果显示,在植物器官中,HJ 615-2011 与 NY/T 1121.6-2006 相对于 GB/T 30733-2014存在系统性偏低;在土壤样品中,3 项标准间差异相对收敛,但存在跨批次整体水平偏移.综合判定,GB/T 30733-2014 在跨介质条件下表现出较高的准确度与精密度,适用于构建统一的碳储估算参数体系;HJ 615-2011 与 NY/T 1121.6-2006 在土壤端具有一定可用性,但其结果不宜直接等同于 TC.为保证跨标准可比性,宜在成对数据基础上进行转换或修正;鉴于土壤端样本与批次结构限制,跨批对比以描述性呈现为宜.

A comparative study was conducted on the adaptability and stability of three standards,namely GB/T 30733-2014,HJ 615-2011,and NY/T 1121.6-2006,for determining total carbon(TC)and organic carbon(OC)in tea plant leaves,branches,roots,rhizosphere soil,and 0~15 cm surface soil.The analysis focused on the variability boundaries and comparability among the methods.Based on measured results,it was found that for in plant organ samples,HJ 615-2011 and NY/T 1121.6-2006 exhibited systematically lower values compared to GB/T 30733-2014.For soil samples,the differences among the three standards were relatively smaller,although an overall inter-batch level shift was observed.It was concluded that GB/T 30733-2014 demonstrated higher accuracy and precision under cross-medium conditions and is suitable for establishing a unified parameter system for carbon-stock estimation.HJ 615-2011 and NY/T 1121.6-2006 showed certain applicable for soil analysis,but their results should not be directly equated with TC.To ensure cross-standard comparability,conversions or correction based on paired data is recommended.Due to limitations in soil sample and batch structure,cross-batch comparisons are preferably presented in a descriptive manner.
