思想政治教育内容兼具稳定性与变动性,能否在"变"与"不变"的辩证统一中打造优质教育内容,直接关系着教育目标能否顺利实现.数智时代,思想政治教育内容之"变"体现在供给模式的协同化、动态化、多元化,表现形式的数据化、情境化,传播格局的精准化、高效化;"不变"则体现在始终基于马克思主义精神生产的理论基石、始终坚持主流意识形态主导和灌输的政治导向、始终锚定人的自由全面发展的价值目标.明晰"变"中可能存在的风险,在"不变"的总框架下多措并举,以"时间解放"为抓手重塑内容主体优势、以"双轨审核"为依托筑牢内容质量防线、以"入脑入心"为导向紧扣内容价值内核、以"有效传播"为驱动优化内容推荐机制,从而推动数智时代思想政治教育内容的守正创新.
The content of ideological and political education possesses both stability and variability.Whether it can create high-quality educational content in the dialectical unity of"change"and"unchange"directly affects the smooth realization of educational goals.In the digital and intelligent era,the"change"in the content of IPE is reflected in the collaborative,dynamic,and diversified supply models,the data-driven and situational forms of expression,and the precise and efficient communication patterns.The"unchange"lies in the constant theoretical foundation based on Marxist theory of spiritual production,the unwavering political orientation of adhering to the dominant indoctrination of mainstream ideology,and the consistent value goal of aiming at the free and comprehensive development of individuals.It is essential to clarify the potential risks in the"change"and take multiple measures under the general framework of the"unchange":seizing"time liberation"to reshape the main advantages of content,relying on"dual-track review"to consolidate the quality line of content,focusing on"internalization"to tightly grasp the core value of content,and driving"effective communication"to optimize the content recommendation mechanism.These measures can promote the innovation of IPE content in the digital intelligent era while maintaining its core principles.
