An Inquiry into the Pedagogical Wisdom of Confucianism under the Pursuit of Value-Added Evaluation

增值评价作为一种注重起点、差异、发展和公平的评价方式,在我国教育评价改革中扮演着重要角色.然而,当前国内增值评价研究存在"增值"概念尚未深化、价值旨归渐趋异化和践行智慧持续弱化的问题.儒家思想作为中华文化的根基,其精神内涵与教育智慧可以为增值评价的理论和实践提供文化支撑与思想启迪.在儒家智慧启示下,"增值"概念的深化表现为:进、益、修、长,厥"增"乃成;文、礼、术、公,厥"值"共彰.在增值评价的宗旨方面,应让学生自觉追求"学者为己,乃成自新之民",让教师达到"师者仁智,遂效夫子即圣",让教育治理者实现"治者兼养,终致天下公学".在增值评价的践行智慧方面,评价主体的增益之道应做到"是诚在我,习察本原、分限之异区",评价标准的遵奉之道应秉持"万物并育,兼陈维新、大公之和洽",评价结果的取用之道应力求"至诚无息,求通有数、无形之万变".

As a kind of evaluation method that pays attention to starting point,disparity,development and fairness,value-added evaluation plays an important role in the reform of educational evaluation in China.However,there are some problems in the current domestic research on value-added evaluation:the concept of"value-added"has not been deepened,the tenet is gradually dissimilar and the wisdom of practice is continuously weakened.As the foundation of Chinese culture,Confucianism's spiritual connotation and educational wisdom can provide cultural support and ideological enlightenment for the theory and practice of value-added evaluation.Under the enlightenment of Confucian wisdom,the deepening of the concept of Value Adding is manifested as follows:Jin,Yi,Xiu and Zhang achieved the part of Adding;Wen,Li,Shu,Gong,achieved the part of Value.In terms of the purpose of value-added evaluation,students should learn for themselves so that they can become innovative people;teachers should be full of love and wisdom and then become saints like Confucius;the administrator should take into account the growth and interests of the whole nation and ultimately lead to fair teaching.In terms of the practical wisdom of value-added evaluation,the evaluation subject should adhere to the sincerity in the self and deeply understand the differences in the starting point and development limits of evaluation objects;the evaluation criteria should uphold the pursuit of all things and fertility and take into account progress and fairness;the acquisition and application of evaluation results should adhere to the spirit of sincerity and research thoroughly the explicit and intangible evaluation results.
