The Evolutionary Trajectory,Logic,and Development Pathways of the CPC's Rural Education Policies

中国共产党成立以来,其乡村教育政策的变迁历经了孕育期、推进期、改革期和发展期四个阶段.中国共产党乡村教育政策变迁遵循以下逻辑:以坚持党的领导为宗旨的政治逻辑、依据时代变化不断增强政策内容适应性和引领性的战略逻辑、以"办好人民满意的乡村教育"为目标的公平逻辑和重心下移与多方协同的治理逻辑.研究从中国共产党乡村教育政策的变迁历程与逻辑中获得启示,对乡村教育政策未来发展路向予以思考:我国乡村教育政策仍有完善空间,其未来走向应紧密结合时代特征和乡村实际,进一步从确保教育公平、提升乡村人口科技素养、推动乡村产业发展、传承创新乡村文化等方面入手,探索出一条符合中国国情的乡村教育振兴之路,使乡村教育朝着现代化、高质量方向蓬勃发展.

Since the founding of the Communist Party of China(CPC),the evolution of rural education policies has traversed four distinct stages:the conception period,the advancement period,the reform period,and the development period.The evolution of the CPC's rural education policies adheres to the following logics:the political logic centered on upholding the Party's leadership;the strategic logic of continuously enhancing the adaptability and guiding nature of policy content in accordance with the changing times;the equity logic aimed at"running rural education to the people's satisfaction";and the governance logic characterized by decentralization and multi-party collaboration.Drawing insights from the evolution process and underlying logic of rural education policies,this paper reflects on the future development trajectory of these policies:There remains room for improvement in China's rural education policies.Their future direction should be closely integrated with the characteristics of the times and rural realities,further focusing on ensuring educational equity,enhancing the scientific and technological literacy of the rural population,promoting rural industrial development,and preserving and innovating rural culture.The goal is to explore a path to revitalize rural education suited to China's national conditions,propelling rural education towards modernization and high-quality development.
