人口负增长时代学前教育高质量发展的组态路径OACHSSCD

Configuration Pathways for High-Quality Development of Preschool Education in the Era of Negative Population Growth:An Exploratory Analysis Based on NCA and fsQCA

在人口负增长背景下,学前教育的供需结构性变革正驱动其发展逻辑从规模扩张转向质量提升,而探索差异化路径则是实现这一转型的关键.研究基于教育生态理论建构了"宏观—中观—微观"三维组态模型,以全国 31 个省级行政区(不包含台湾省及香港、澳门特别行政区)的数据作为分析样本,综合运用 NCA 与 fsQCA 方法,探究学前教育高质量发展的典型路径.研究发现:学前教育质量提升呈现显著的"跨层协同"特征,微观层、中观层与宏观层通过非线性交互形成复合驱动网络;根据要素的不同组合方式,学前教育高质量发展可以探索人口驱动型、双核资金支持型、全要素协同型与制度刚性保障型四条路径.据此,各地区需因地制宜,基于在地化优势和资源禀赋制定学前教育高质量发展策略.

Against the backdrop of negative population growth,structural shifts in the supply and demand of preschool education are driving its developmental logic to transition from scale expansion to quality enhancement,with the exploration of differentiated pathways serving as a critical enabler for this transformation.Grounded in educational ecology theory,this study constructs a three-dimensional configuration model("macro-meso-micro")and employs data from 31 provincial-level administrative regions(excluding Taiwan,Hong Kong and Macao Special Administrative Regions)as analytical samples.By integrating Necessary Condition Analysis(NCA)and fuzzy-set Qualitative Comparative Analysis(fsQCA),this study typical pathways for high-quality preschool education development.Findings reveal that quality improvement exhibits significant cross-level synergy,where micro-,meso-,and macro-level factors interact non-linearly to form a composite driving network.Four distinct pathways emerge based on varying combinations of elements:population-driven,dual-core funding-driven,all-factor synergistic,and institutional rigidity-based guarantee models.Accordingly,policymakers should tailor strategies to regional contexts,leveraging localized advantages and resource endowments to formulate adaptive frameworks for preschool education quality advancement.
