Digitally Empowering the Construction of Urban-Rural Education Communities:Context,Realistic Dilemmas,and Path Innovation
在社会数字化转型和全面推进乡村振兴战略的背景下,数字赋能城乡教育共同体建设是推动乡村教育现代化、维护城乡教育公平、推进教育强国建设的战略选择,是构建高质量城乡教育共同体的有效途径.数字赋能城乡教育共同体建设不仅符合数字技术发展的时代要求,还契合城乡教育一体化的现实诉求,顺应了新时代城乡教育共同体发展的政策导向.但数字赋能城乡教育共同体建设的制约因素依然突出,存在共生意识不强、共生资源短缺、共生环境脆弱等现实堵点,需要从理念赋力、资源赋值、制度赋势、人才赋智等方面持续发力,形成以城带乡、以乡促城、互相成长的城乡教育发展格局,促进数字赋能城乡教育共同体建设高质量发展.
Against the backdrop of the digital transformation of society and the comprehensive implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,digital empowerment of the construction of urban-rural education communities is a strategic choice to promote the modernization of rural education,maintain urban-rural education equity,and advance the construction of a strong education country.It is an effective way to build a high-quality urban-rural education community.The construction of a digital empowered urban-rural education community not only meets the requirements of the era of digital technology development,but also conforms to the practical demands of urban-rural education integration,and adapts to the policy orientation of the development of urban-rural education communities in the new era.However,the constraints of digital empowerment in the construction of urban-rural education communities are still prominent,with practical obstacles such as weak symbiotic awareness,shortage of symbiotic resources,and fragile symbiotic environment.It is necessary to continue to exert efforts from the aspects of ideological empowerment,resource allocation,institutional empowerment,and talent empowerment,to form a urban-rural education development pattern of"city leading township","township promoting city",and"mutual growth",and promote the high-quality development of digital empowerment in the construction of urban-rural education communities.
