鱼腥草总黄酮对草莓采后真菌性病害的抑菌效果评价OA
Antifungal Activity of Total Flavonoids from Houttuynia cordata against Postharvest Fungal Diseases of Strawberry
草莓采后易遭真菌侵染引发腐烂变质,降低果品品质,影响食用安全.传统化学农药防治方法存在高毒、高残留等弊端,难以满足其绿色保鲜需求,因此须开展安全高效的植物源农药抑菌研究.本研究聚焦于植物源农药——鱼腥草总黄酮对草莓采后真菌性病害的抑菌效果评价,通过菌丝生长速率法对采后草莓真菌性病害进行室内抑菌实验.结果表明,24 h和48 h时鱼腥草总黄酮的浓度与抑菌效果呈正相关,抑菌效果与培养时间呈负相关;对3种病害(疫病、软腐病、灰霉病)均有抑菌作用,24 h和48 h时,24 mg/mL的处理浓度下抑菌效果最佳,敏感性由大到小依次为灰霉病、软腐病、疫病.总之,24 h和48 h时鱼腥草总黄酮对采后草莓真菌性病害均有显著的抑制作用.
Postharvest strawberries are susceptible to fungal infection,leading to rot and deterioration,which reduces fruit quality and compromises food safety.Conventional chemical pesticides have disadvantages such as high toxicity and high residue levels,making them unable to meet the requirements of green preservation.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct research on the antifungal activity of botanical pesticides.To explore the antifungal effect of total flavonoids from Houttuynia cordata(TFC)on postharvest strawberry fungal diseases,in vitro antifungal experiments were carried out by the mycelial growth rate method.The results showed that at 24 h and 48 h,TFC concentration was positively correlated with the antifungal effect,and the antifungal effect was negatively correlated with the incubation time.TFC exhibited inhibitory activity against three diseases(phytophthora blight,soft rot,gray mold).The antifungal effect was optimal at a treatment concentration of 24 mg/mL at both 24 h and 48 h.The order of susceptibility at both 24 h and 48 h was gray mold,soft rot,and blight.In conclusion,TFC exhibited significant antifungal activity against postharvest fungal diseases of strawberry at 24 h and 48 h.
