为探究'羊角蜜'甜瓜果实最佳的贮藏温度,本研究将'羊角蜜'果实采收后分别置于3、6、9、12 ℃的低温条件下贮藏,测定贮藏期果肉硬度、可溶性固形物含量、果皮色泽等理化指标的变化;在低温贮藏14 d后,转置于(19±0.5)℃环境下观察不同的低温处理对'羊角蜜'果实货架期的影响.结果表明,9 ℃低温处理的各相关指标优于其它低温处理,可溶性固形物含量增幅最大,为0.77%;果肉硬度下降最少,为32.4%;失重率低于其他处理,为5.9%;乙烯释放减缓,最大乙烯释放量为0.35 μL/(kg·h),且变化相对平稳;果皮未出现明显的黄化和褐变现象;防止冷害的发生,使果实保持较好的外观品质.综上所述,'羊角蜜'甜瓜果实的最佳贮藏低温为9℃,可有效减少果实贮藏期损耗,延长货架期.

To investigate the optimal storage temperature of the'Yangjiaomi'muskmelon,this study harvested the'Yangjiaomi'and stored it at low temperatures of 3,6,9,12 ℃ respectively,measuring changes in the physicochemical indicators such as flesh hardness,soluble solids content,and skin color during storage;after 14d of low-temperature storage,they were then transferred to an environment of(19±0.5)℃ to observe the impact of different low-temperature treatments on the shelf life of'Yangjiaomi'.The results showed that the relevant indicators of 9 low temperature treatment were superior to those of other low temperature treatments.Under 9 ℃,the content of soluble solids increased the most during storage,reaching 0.77%;the hardness of the fruit pulp decreased the least,at 32.4%;the weight loss rate was lower than other treatments(5.9%);ethylene release was the slowest,with a maximum ethylene release of 0.35 μL/(kg·h)and a relatively stable change;no obvious yellowing and browning of the peel occurred.At the same time,9 ℃ low temperature storage could prevent the occurrence of chilling injury,and keep the fruit in good appearance quality.In summary,the optimal storage low temperature for'Yangjiaomi'melon was 9℃,which could effectively reduce the storage loss of fruit and extend the shelf life.
