教育、科技、人才支撑中国式现代化实现的路径研究OACHSSCD
Pathways for Education,Science and Technology,and Talent to Support the Realization of Chinese Modernization:A Dynamic QCA Analysis Based on Provincial Panel Data
教育、科技、人才对中国式现代化的实现具有重要战略支撑作用.文章基于2016-2023年省域30余项关键发展指标,运用时空动态 QCA 验证方法,探讨了教育、科技、人才在促进中国式现代化进程中的支撑模式与发展路径.结果显示,"教育均衡发展、创新人才培养、科教产业融合、科技创新引领"是教育、科技、人才支撑实现中国式现代化的主要路径;而在科技与产业融合过程中,中部地区依托其教育和科技资源的积累,已表现出明显的后发优势,而西部地区融合水平相对滞后;同时,仅有少数省份能够将教育与产业深度融合,而大多数地区在此方面的努力尚显不足;此外,虽然各地对创新人才的培育投入逐年增加,但各省份的重视程度存在显著差异,导致省际间人才培育力度的差距逐渐扩大.
Education,technology,and talent play a crucial strategic supporting role in realizing Chinese moderniza-tion.Through leveraging dynamic quantitative comparative analysis(QCA)on over 30 key provincial development indica-tors from 2016 to 2023,this study investigates the supportive patterns and developmental pathways through which these three elements advance the process of Chinese modernization.Results indicate that the main support paths are balanced education development,innovative talent cultivation,integration of education-science-industry,and technology innovation leadership.During the integration of technology and industry,China's central regions,with their reserves of education and technology resources,have displayed a marked late-mover advantage,while the western regions lag.Also,only a minority of provinces have achieved deep integration of education and industry,and most regions still need to make more efforts.Despite the increasing investment in innovative talent cultivation,the varying emphasis across provinces has widened the inter-provincial gap in talent cultivation intensity.
