An Interpretation of the Ontological Implications of Rural Kindergarten Teachers' Educational Living Space from the Perspective of Spatial Phenomenology

乡村幼儿园教师"留得住、教得好"是乡村教育高质量发展的核心支点,而教育生活空间作为教师身心安顿的动态处境,其意义建构直接影响教师留任意愿与教育实践质量.现有研究多从宏观结构性视角探讨乡村幼儿园教师留任问题,对教师职业生命意义自我认同的深层追问不足.空间现象学聚焦"人—地—时"三维整体处境,为理解教师存在境域、重建精神意义世界提供了全新视角.研究发现:在本体论层面,乡村幼儿园教育生活空间是与人之生存缠绕的意义性处境,以"世界性自我"的"生存活动"为运作逻辑、以"人—地之近"的空间性与"人—人相伴"的时间性为内容逻辑;在认识论层面,该空间是依托主体具身行动的建构性存在,具有具身性、建构性和异质性特征;在实践层面,其价值引领下的实践逻辑体现为以教育生活融合为导向的空间实践、以主体性彰显为核心的行动实践、以生命诗性为追求的关怀实践的三重融合路径.本体逻辑、认识逻辑、实践逻辑层层贯通、彼此支撑,构成"存在本质—生成机制—价值落地"的完整理论与实践体系.

Retaining rural kindergarten teachers and enabling them to teach well is the core pillar of high-quality ru-ral education development.As a dynamic context for teachers' physical and mental settlement,the meaning construction of the educational living space directly affects teachers' retention intention and the quality of educational practice.Existing studies mostly explore the retention of rural kindergarten teachers from a macro-structural perspective,lacking in-depth in-quiry into teachers' self-identification with the meaning of their professional lives.Spatial phenomenology,which focuses on the three-dimensional holistic situation of "human-place-time",provides a new perspective for understanding teachers'existential horizon and reconstructing their spiritual meaning world.The study finds that ontologically,the educational liv-ing space of rural kindergartens is a meaningful situation intertwined with human existence,whose operational logic lies in the "existential activities" of the "worldly self",and whose substantive logic consists of the spatiality of "human-place prox-imity" and the temporality of "human-human companionship".Epistemologically,this space is a constructive existence based on subjects' embodied actions,characterized by embodiment,constructiveness and heterogeneity.Practically,the practical logic under its value guidance is embodied in three integrated paths:spatial practice oriented to the integration of educational life,action practice centered on the manifestation of subjectivity,and caring practice pursuing the poetic na-ture of life.The ontological logic,epistemological logic and practical logic are interconnected and mutually supportive,forming a complete theoretical and practical system of "existential essence-generative mechanism-value realization".
