乡村幼儿园教师生活世界的现实危机与重构OACHSSCD
The Realistic Crisis and Reconstruction of Rural Kindergarten Teachers' Life World
乡村幼儿园教师的生活世界是日常生活世界与教育生活世界的统一,其既具有作为一般人生活世界的直观性、奠基性与体验性,也具有教育世界的个性特征.教师在生活世界中展现其现实生存样态,体验人的生命意义.当前乡村幼儿园教师生活世界面临"强势"职业生活挤压教师自主时间、"分离"家庭生活阻滞亲情关系、"圈定"公共生活限定社交空间的现实危机.为此,提供结构支持以增进教师自主时间掌控、实施"家本位"政策以助力教师亲情关系获得、融合城乡场域以拓展教师社交空间边界是重构乡村幼儿园教师高品质生活世界的有效路径.
The life world of rural kindergarten teachers is the unity of the daily life world and the educational life world,which possesses the intuition,foundation and experience of the life world of the general people,and also exhibits the distinctive characteristics of the educational world.Teachers show their real-life existence and construct their meaning of life in it.The life world of rural kindergarten teachers faces crises where personal time is squeezed by professional de-mands,familial bonds are severed by "separated" family life,and social spaces are confined by the limitations of public life.To reconstruct a high-quality life world for these educators,effective pathways include providing structural support to enhance teachers' control over their discretionary time,implementing "family-oriented" policies to facilitate stronger famil-ial relationships,and integrating urban and rural contexts to expand the boundaries of teachers' social spaces.
