为明确引起山东产区'阳光玫瑰'葡萄黑曲霉病的病原菌,本研究通过田间病害调查、组织分离、科赫氏法则验证、形态学观察及多基因分子系统学分析相结合的方法,对病原菌进行系统鉴定,并采用菌丝生长速率法进行室内药剂毒力测定,结合离体果实接种试验评价防治效果.田间调查发现相较于温室类型,苗木类型对葡萄黑曲霉的发生有显著影响,经形态学和分子生物学鉴定明确引起该产区黑曲霉病的病原菌均为塔宾曲霉(Aspergillus tubingensis),伤口是该病原菌侵染的关键途径,温室类型对该病严重度的影响不显著.室内药剂测定结果表明,所试6种杀菌剂对塔宾曲霉的抑制效果存在显著差异,其中嘧菌酯和苯醚甲环唑抑菌活性最强,EC50值分别为120.962、167.016 mg·L-1,离体防效分别为48.97%和46.29%;氟硅唑和多菌灵抑菌作用次之,EC50值分别为359.174、301.717 mg·L-1,离体防效分别为39.83%和43.43%;戊唑醇和吡唑醚菌酯则无明显抑制效果.本研究明确了山东产区引起'阳光玫瑰'黑曲霉病的病原菌为塔宾曲霉,嘧菌酯和苯醚甲环唑可为作为葡萄生产上防治黑曲霉病的候选药剂.

To identify the pathogen causing black mold disease in'Shine Muscat'grapes,this study,a combination of field disease investigation,conducted systematic identification through tissue isolation,Koch's postulates validation,morphological observation,and molecular identification.The toxicity of fungicides was determined in vitro using the mycelial growth rate method,and the control efficacy was evaluated through in vitro fruit inoculation assays.Field surveys showed that seedling type significantly influenced the incidence of grape black mold rot.Both morphological and molecular analyses identified the causal pathogen as Aspergillus tubingensis,and wounds were determined to be the key infection route.The effect of greenhouse type on disease severity was not significant.The results of laboratory fungicide toxicity tests showed significant differences in the inhibitory effects of the six tested fungicides against A.tubingensis.Among them,azoxystrobin and difenoconazole exhibited the strongest antifungal activity,with EC50 values of 120.962 mg·L-1 and 167.016 mg·L-1,and in vitro control efficacies of 48.97%and 46.29%,respectively.Flusilazole and carbendazim showed moderate inhibition,with EC50 values of 301.717 mg·L-1 and 359.174 mg·L-1,and in vitro control efficacies of 39.83%and 43.43%,respectively.In contrast,tebuconazole and pyraclostrobin exhibited no significant inhibitory effects.This study identified A.tubingensis as the causal agent of black mold disease on'Shine Muscat'grapes in Shandong production region.Azoxystrobin and difenoconazole can serve as candidate fungicides for the control of black mold disease in grape production.
