为探究不同施肥策略对新疆玛纳斯产区'赤霞珠'葡萄果实品质的影响,本研究以常规全量施肥(每公顷600 kg尿素和300 kg磷酸氢二铵,N∶P2O5为2.3∶1)为对照(CK),设置3种处理:T1(每公顷474 kg尿素和396 kg磷酸氢二铵,调整施肥比例,N∶P2O5为1.5∶1)、T2(每公顷450 kg尿素和225 kg磷酸氢二铵,CK施肥量75%)与T3(每公顷300 kg尿素和150 kg磷酸氢二铵,CK施肥量50%),测定了不同处理下树体生长指标、产量、果实理化指标及其类黄酮物质的组成和含量.结果显示,3组处理对果实理化指标及树体生长势无显著影响;3组处理均显著提升了花色苷含量,其中T2处理效果最佳.此外,T1处理显著提高了果实黄酮醇含量,但所有处理与CK相比并未显著影响黄烷醇总量.基于类黄酮物质含量的主成分分析结果表明,类黄酮类化合物的组成及含量与施肥量及施肥比例密切相关,隶属函数综合评价显示,各处理对类黄酮物质积累的整体促进效果由强至弱依次为:T2>T1>T3>CK.综合以上结果,在本试验条件下,推荐采用75%常规全量的施肥方案(T2),在保证葡萄正常营养生长的同时,有助于提高葡萄果实的潜在酿酒品质.

In order to investigate the effects of different fertilization strategies on the fruit quality of'Cabernet Sauvignon'grapes in the Manas region of Xinjiang,this study used the conventional full fertilization(600 kg·ha-1 urea and 300 kg·ha-1 diammonium phosphate,N∶P2O5=2.3∶1)as the control(CK),and set up three treatments:T1(474 kg·ha-1 urea and 396 kg·ha-1 DAP,adjusted fertilization ratio to N∶P2O5=1.5∶1),T2(450 kg·ha-1 urea and 225 kg·ha-1 DAP,75%of CK),and T3(300 kg·ha-1 urea and 150 kg·ha-1 DAP,50%of CK).Vine growth indicators,yield,fruit physicochemical properties,and the composition and content of flavonoids under different treatments were measured.The results showed that all of the three treatments had no significant effect on the physical and chemical indicators of the fruits and the vigor of the vines.However,all of the three treatments significantly increased the content of anthocyanins,with T2 treatment showing the greatest effect.Furthermore,T1 treatment significantly increased the content of flavonols,while no treatment affected the total flavanols content compared with the control.The principal component analysis based on the content of flavonoids revealed that the composition and content of flavonoids were closely related to the amount and proportion of fertilizer applied.According to the membership function-based comprehensive evaluation,the overall effects of different treatments on flavonoid accumulation ranked as follows:T2>T1>T3>CK.Based on the above results,under the present experimental conditions,it is recommended to adopt the fertilization scheme of 75%conventional full fertilization(T2),which can maintain normal vegetative growth of grapevines while helping to improve the potential wine-making quality of the grapes.
