蓖麻饼粕肥对葡萄品质及土壤肥力的影响OA
Effects of Castor Bean Cake Meal on Fruit Quality and Soil Fertility
为筛选葡萄栽培适配的最优有机肥,本研究以蓖麻饼粕肥(CBMF)、宇峰有机肥(YOF)、腐熟羊粪肥(CSM)为处理,以不施肥为对照(CK),测定葡萄产量、果粒形态、果实品质及根际土壤理化共18项指标,结合相关性与主成分分析综合评价施肥效果.结果显示,3种有机肥均能提升葡萄产量、优化果实品质并改善土壤肥力,其中CBMF处理效果最优.蓖麻饼粕肥处理下葡萄粒质量、公顷产量较对照分别提升29.95%、67.05%,果粒纵、横径显著增大,可溶性固形物与可溶性糖含量分别提升19.8%、14.2%,可滴定酸含量降低9.7%,同时显著提升土壤有机质及氮、磷、钾含量,轻微降低土壤pH.主成分分析综合得分排序为CBMF>YOF>CSM>CK.综上,蓖麻饼粕肥能协同提升葡萄产量、品质与土壤肥力,为葡萄绿色栽培施肥提供理论依据与技术支撑.
To screen the optimal organic fertilizer for grape cultivation,this study set castor bean cake meal fertilizer(CBMF),Yufeng organic fertilizer(YOF),and composed sheep manure fertilizer(CSM)as treatment groups,with no fertilizer application as the control(CK).A total of 18 indicators,including grape yield,berry morphology,fruit quality,and rhizosphere soil physicochemical properties,were measured,and the fertilization effects were comprehensively evaluated using correlation analysis and principal component analysis(PCA).The results showed that all three organic fertilizers improved grape yield,optimized fruit quality,and enhanced soil fertility,with the CBMF treatment exhibiting the best performance.Compared with the control,CBMF increased the single berry weight and yield per hectare by 29.95%and 67.05%,respectively,and significantly increased the longitudinal and transverse diameters of berries.It also raised the contents of soluble solids and soluble sugars by 19.8%and 14.2%,reduced titratable acid content by 9.7%,significantly increased soil organic matter and the total and available concentrations of N,P and K,and slightly decreased soil pH.The comprehensive score from PCA ranked the treatments as CBMF>YOF>CSM>CK.In conclusion,castor bean cake meal fertilizer can synergistically improve grape yield,fruit quality,and soil fertility,providing theoretical support and practical guidance for fertilization in the green cultivation of grapes.
