山葡萄种质资源性状多样性分析及综合评价OA

Analysis and Comprehensive Evaluation of Trait Diversity in Vitis amurensis Germplasm Resources

本研究以国家山葡萄种质资源圃保存的200份山葡萄种质资源为试材,综合运用相关性、聚类、主成分等分析方法对成熟果实性状进行系统评价,筛选优良种质资源,以期为品种选育及种质资源的利用提供参考.结果表明,山葡萄种质资源性状变异丰富,其中形态特征的遗传多样性较高,果穗紧密度、果汁颜色、果肉颜色3个性状多样性指数均大于1,分别为1.310、1.296和1.177,表明不同种质间在花色苷积累和果穗结构方面存在明显差异.数量性状的多样性水平小于形态特征,但也存在一定的差异,尤以穗质量的变异程度较大.相关性分析揭示了果实大小、产量性状与部分内在品质性状间的显著相关关系.聚类分析将200份种质划分为4类,其中087202和087232表现为大穗、高产型种质,200418和089404具有较高固酸比,可作为优质干型酒酿造的潜在材料.基于主成分分析构建的山葡萄果实性状综合评价模型,筛选出华葡1号、087202、087232、200418、北冰红等10份种质资源综合表现优异,为山葡萄种质资源的挖掘利用和品种选育提供了重要参考.

This study used 200 germplasm resources of Vitis amurensis preserved in the National Germplasm Repository of Wild Grape as experimental materials.Correlation analysis,cluster analysis,and principal component analysis comprehensively applied to systematically evaluate mature fruit traits,with the aim of screening superior germplasm resources and providing references for cultivar breeding and germplasm utilization.The results showed that the germplasm resources of Vitis amurensis exhibited abundant trait variation,among which morphological traits displayed relatively high genetic diversity.The diversity indices of cluster compactness,juice color,and flesh color were all greater than 1,reaching 1.310,1.296,and 1.177,respectively,indicating significant differences among germplasms in anthocyanin accumulation and cluster structure.Although the diversity level of quantitative traits was lower than that of morphological traits,considerable variation was still observed,especially for cluster weight,which exhibited the highest coefficient of variation.Correlation analysis revealed significant relationships between fruit size,yield-related traits,and certain intrinsic quality traits.Cluster analysis divided the 200 germplasms into four groups.Among them,087202 and 087232 were characterized as large-cluster and high-yield germplasms,while 200418 and 089404 exhibited relatively high soluble solids-to-acid ratios and could serve as potential materials for the production of high-quality dry wines.Based on the comprehensive evaluation model of fruit traits established through principal component analysis,ten germplasm resources,including Huapu 1,087202,087232,200418,and Beibinghong,were identified as having superior overall performance.These findings provide important references for the exploration,utilization,and breeding of Vitis amurensis germplasm resources.
