我国部分食品添加剂规格标准中典型理化指标及其检验方法的现状分析与优化建议OA
Current status and optimization strategies for typical physicochemical indicators and testing methods in the quality specifications for selected food additives in China
目的:通过对 200 项食品添加剂质量规格标准中指标和相应检验方法的系统梳理与分析,揭示其中存在的问题,并提出改进食品添加剂标准体系的建议.方法:基于2025 年 8 月以前发布的《食品安全国家标准目录》,通过抽取 200 项食品添加剂质量规格标准(不包括食品用香料质量规格标准),构建理化指标的Excel 数据库,重点关注分析了铅、砷、重金属(以 Pb 计)和干燥减量等指标.结果:研究发现,部分食品添加剂质量规格标准中,部分指标的表达方式不一致,且部分检验方法更新滞后.结论:构建统一的指标表达方式和检验方法引用规范,对于推动我国食品添加剂标准体系高质量发展至关重要,是提升我国食品安全监管效率的坚实基础.
Objective:Through a systematic review of 200 food additive quality specifications,this study analyzed key indicators and their corresponding testing methods to uncover current deficiencies and provided recommendations for enhancing the food additive standardization system.Methods:Based on the National Catalogue of Food Safety Standards issued before August 2025,200 quality specification standards for food additives(excluding food flavorings)were randomly selected to establish an Excel database of physicochemical parameters.Particular emphasis was placed on the analysis of key indicators,including lead(Pb),arsenic(As),heavy metals(expressed as Pb),and loss on drying.Results:The results indicated inconsistent formulations of certain indicators within the quality specifications of some food additives,as well as lagged updates to relevant testing methods.Conclusion:Establishing unified indicator expressions and standardized referencing formats for testing methods was essential to advancing the high-quality development of China's food additive standards system,forming a critical foundation for enhancing food safety regulatory efficiency.
