为更好地开发八月瓜植物资源,利用超声波辅助提取八月瓜籽中的油脂,采用响应面法优化了提取工艺,并进行了品质分析.结果表明:八月瓜籽油的最佳提取条件为:料液比3∶25(g/mL),超声时间 41 min,超声温度 40℃,超声功率 250 W,八月瓜籽油的提取率最高可达到 37.31%.所制备的八月瓜籽油理化指标符合食用植物油油脂国家标准要求,富含油酸、亚油酸、棕榈油酸等不饱和脂肪酸.超声波辅助提取八月瓜籽油工艺条件可靠、出油率高、品质良好,可为八月瓜籽油的量化生产提供理论基础.

To explore the potential utilization of Akebia trifoliate,its seed oil was extracted by ultrasonic-assisted extraction and the extraction process was optimized by response surface methodology based on single-factor tests.The optimal extraction conditions were found to be a solid-liquid ratio of 3∶25 g/mL,an ultrasonic time of 41 min,an ultrasonic temperature of 40℃,and an ultrasonic power of 250 W.Under these optimized conditions,the oil yield reached a maximum of 37%.The extracted oil's physical and chemical properties were shown to comply with the national standards for edible vegetable oils.Furthermore,the oil was found to be rich in unsaturated fatty acids,including oleic,linoleic and palmitoleic acid.This research confirmed that ultrasonic-assisted extraction of Akebia trifoliata seed oil was reliable,to provide high oil recovery and good product quality.The findings provided a theoretical foundation for the large-scale production of Akebia trifoliate seed oil.
