芦笋根系发达,生态适应性强,具有较强的耐干旱、耐盐碱和耐贫瘠能力,是盐碱土地治理的先锋植物之一.选择适宜当地气候土壤条件、营养与商品品质俱佳的芦笋品种,对于提高种植效益和满足市场需求至关重要.本研究以'金冠''翡翠明珠'和'航天6号'三个芦笋品种为材料,测定了食用组织嫩茎的含水量、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖、还原糖、叶绿素等指标,对比分析了三个品种的品质差异.结果显示,'翡翠明珠'在含水量(93.78%)、黄酮(0.11 mg/100 g)、可溶性糖(1.11 mg/100 g)、还原糖(0.94 mg/100 g)、维生素C(11.66 mg/100 g)及类胡萝卜素(0.047 mg/g)含量方面表现较优;'航天6号'则在可溶性蛋白(8.17 mg/100 g)和叶绿素(0.48 mg/g)含量上表现突出.综合分析,'翡翠明珠'的各项营养指标较好,适宜当地栽培,试验结果为该区域芦笋优良品种筛选、栽培布局优化及产业提质提供了参考.

Asparagus has a well-developed root system and strong ecological adaptability,with notable drought resistance,salt and alkali tolerance,and ability to thrive in poor soil conditions,making it a pioneer plant for reclaiming saline-alkali lands.Selecting asparagus varieties that suit local climate and soil conditions while excelling in both nutritional value and market quality is crucial for enhancing cultivation efficiency and meeting market demands.This study selected three asparagus varieties('Jinguan''Feicuimingzhu''Hangtian 6')as experimental materials.The nutritional quality of the tender edible stems was analysed by measuring the water content,soluble protein,soluble sugar,reducing sugar,chlorophyll,and comparing and analysing the differences among the three varieties.The results showed that'Feicuimingzhu'performs best in terms of water content(93.78%),flavonoids(0.11 mg/100 g),soluble sugar(1.11 mg/100 g),reducing sugar(0.94 mg/100 g),vitamin C(11.66 mg/100 g),and carotenoids(0.047 mg/g).'Hangtian 6'demonstrated higher levels of soluble protein(8.17 mg/100 g)and chlorophyll(0.48 mg/g).Comprehensive analysis revealed that the nutritional indicators of'Feicuimingzhu'were relatively good,making it suitable for local cultivation.The experimental results provided important theoretical support and practical references for the selection of excellent asparagus varieties,the optimization of cultivation layout,and the improvement of the industry quality in this region.
