基于模式识别方法的广陈皮与川陈皮近红外无损鉴别OA

川陈皮和广陈皮化学成分不同,药用价值与市场价格均存在明显差别,现阶段尚缺乏两者的无损鉴别方法.本研究采用近红外(NIR)光谱技术与模式识别方法建立了一种广陈皮与川陈皮的无损鉴别新方法,利用光栅型便携式NIR仪采集了广陈皮与川陈皮在3个积分时间(45、65和85 ms)下的光谱;利用主成分分析(PCA)、偏最小二乘判别分析(PLS-DA)及正交偏最小二乘判别分析(OPLS-DA)等模式识别算法,建立了广陈皮与川陈皮的鉴别模型.结果表明,原始光谱中存在严重的基线漂移、谱峰重叠及背景噪声干扰;增加积分时间在一定程度上改善了鉴别结果;然而,仅依靠PCA方法无法实现对广陈皮与川陈皮的准确鉴别;而65 ms和85 ms积分时间下的外壁-PLS-DA、外壁-OPLS-DA及85 ms积分时间下内囊-OPLS-DA模型可以实现广陈皮与川陈皮的100%鉴别.综上,采用NIR光谱技术与模式识别方法可以实现对广陈皮与川陈皮的无损准确鉴别,为陈皮等食药同源物质的真实性鉴别提供新方法.

The chemical compositions of Citrus reticulata'Chachi'and C.reticulata'Tangerina'are different,while there are significant differences in the medicinal value and market price.At present,there is still a lack of non-destructive identification methods for them.A nondestructive identification method for C.reticulata'Chachi'and C.reticulata'Tangerina'was established using near-infrared(NIR)spectroscopy combined with pattern recognition methods.The spectra of C.reticulata'Chachi'and C.reticulata'Tangerina'were collected using a grating-type portable NIR spectrometer at three integration times(45,65 and 85 ms).The discrimination models for C.reticulata'Chachi'and C.reticulata'Tangerina'were constructed using principal component analysis(PC A),partial least squares-discriminant analysis(PLS-DA),and orthogonal partial least squares-discriminant analysis(OPLS-DA).The results showed that there are severe interferences of baseline drift,peak overlapping and background in the original spectra.Increasing the integration time could improve the results to some extent.However,the accurate identification could not be achieved with PCA method.With the integration times of 65 ms and 85 ms,the outer wall-PLS-DA and outer wall-OPLS-DA models could achieve 100% identification of C.reticulata'Chachi'and C.reticulata'Tangerina'.Besides,the accurate identification could also be achieved with inner capsule-85 ms-OPLS-DA model.The study indicated that the NIR spectroscopy combined with pattern recognition methods could achieve nondestructive and accurate discrimination of C.reticulata'Chachi'and C.reticulata'Tangerina',providing a new approach for nondestructive identification of edible and medicinal substances such as C.Reticulata Pericarpium.
