蓝莓营养丰富、皮薄多汁,采后易受机械损伤和病原菌侵染,贮藏期较短,若不及时进行保鲜处理,果实易在短时间内腐烂变质,严重影响其商品价值.本文概述了蓝莓采后主要病原菌的种类及特性,重点梳理了果实采后的物理、化学、生物和复合保鲜方法的研究进展,旨在为维持蓝莓品质、延长贮藏期和货架期、提高商品价值提供理论依据.

Blueberries,known for their rich nutritional content and thin,juicy skins,are highly susceptible to mechanical damage and pathogen infections.Their post-harvest storage period is relatively short.Without timely preservation treatment,the fruit can quickly rot and spoil,severely affecting its commercial value.This paper examined the main post-harvest pathogens affecting blueberries and their characteristics,while systematically outlining physical,chemical,biological preservation and combined preservation methods.It aimed to provide theoretical foundations for maintaining blueberry quality,extending storage and shelf life,and enhancing commercial value.It also identified key areas for future exploration in post-harvest antimicrobial strategies and preservation practices for blueberries.
