Interdisciplinary Thematic Learning for the Cultivation of Innovative Talents:Meaning,Basis and Approach

创新人才是具有创新精神、创新思维和创新能力,且能在实践探索中形成创新成果的高素质人才,是我国新时期素质教育的重点培养目标.创新精神、创新思维和创新能力构成了创新人才的内在结构,激发学生本有的创新潜能是创新人才培养的本质所在.跨学科素养与创新精神的相互依存性,跨学科知识整合与创新思维发展的双向互动性,以及复杂问题解决与创新能力的循环共生性,为通过跨学科主题学习培养创新人才提供了客观基础.为培养时代所需的创新人才,课堂教学应以基本问题引领学习,营造探究创新的课堂文化;聚焦跨学科主题学习,设计复杂问题解决的创新实践;倡导综合素质评价,赋能学生创新体验与素养水平.

Innovative talents are high-quality individuals with innovative spirit,innovative thinking and innovative ability,and they can form innovative achievements in practice and exploration.They are the key targets of quality-oriented education in the new era of our country.Innovative spirit,innovative thinking and innovative ability constitute the internal structure of innovative talents.Stimulating students'inherent innovative potential is the essence of cultivating innovative talents.The interdependence of interdisciplinary literacy and innovative spirit,the two-way interaction between interdisciplinary knowledge integration and the development of innovative thinking,as well as the symbiotic relationship between complex problem-solving and innovative ability provide an objective basis for cultivating innovative talents through interdisciplinary thematic learning.To cultivate the innovative talents needed by the times,teaching should be guided by fundamental questions to lead learning and create a classroom culture that encourages exploration and innovation.Teaching should focus on interdisciplinary learning themes and design innovative practices for solving complex problems.Teaching should advocate comprehensive quality evaluation and empower students'innovative experiences and literacy levels.
