Analysis on the Uncertainty Expansion of Triggering Variables for Educational Risks and Rational Responses
教育风险是社会风险的重要内容和治理关键.新一轮科技、产业革命的迅猛发展,世界百年未有之大变局的加速演进,特别是乌卡社会(VUCA)的到来,令教育风险的触发变量及相关影响因子变得复杂多变,有着广泛的关涉变量、发生症候和巨大的破坏性.从社会风险触发根源的宏观动力学类型看,这些触发变量大致可以归为结构性变量、周期性变量、涌现性变量三类并呈交互叠加态势,需要密切跟踪和探究其动向,因时因地制宜、动态性地给出应对之策.在结构性变量上,主要表现为教育权力与教育政策的跳跃性增加,具体表象和对策是:教育权力变异与规制,教育政策变形与修正.在周期性变量上,主要表现为家庭教育与社会期待的阈值偏高,具体表象和对策是:家庭教育行为异样与回应,风险共担机制或缺与同构.在涌现性变量上,主要表现为数字技术、文化场域与国际环境的突变非线性化,具体表象和对策是:数字鸿沟扩大与弥合,亚文化侵蚀与排爆,逆全球化挤压与突围.
Educational risk is an important content and key governance of social risk.The rapid development of a new round of technology and industrial revolution,the accelerated evolution of unprecedented changes in the world,and especially the arrival of the VUCA Society,have made the triggering variables and related influencing factors of educational risks increasingly complex and variable,with a wide range of related variables,occurrence symptoms,and enormous destructive power.From the macro dynamic types of social risk triggering sources,these triggering variables can be roughly classified into three categories:structural variables,emergent variables,and cyclical variables,and exhibit an interactive superposition trend.It is necessary to closely track and explore their trends,and dynamically provide situational response strategies according to the time and local conditions.In terms of structural variables,the main manifestation is the leapfrog increase in educational power and educational policies.The specific manifestations and countermeasures are:the variation and regulation of educational power,and the deformation and revision of educational policies.In terms of cyclical variables,the main manifestation is that the threshold for family education and social expectations is relatively high.The specific manifestations and countermeasures are:abnormal and responsive family education behavior,lack or homogeneity of risk sharing mechanisms.In terms of emergent variables,the main manifestation is the non-linear transformation of digital technology,cultural fields,and international environment.The specific manifestations and countermeasures are:the widening and bridging of the digital divide,subculture erosion and explosion,and anti-globalization squeezing and breakthrough.
