数智化转型正在重塑教育科技人才一体发展的逻辑,也对大学生提出了以终身成长为导向的能力重构要求.作为知识持续创生与能力生成的关键场域,大学阶段为学生形成认知自主性与自主建构知识体系能力提供了重要窗口.面向"构建服务全民终身学习的教育体系"的国家战略,高校不仅需要强化育人导向,更应在分类改革背景下实现人才培养由同质化走向分类分层办学,依据研究型、应用型与职业技能型高校的功能定位,构建差异化的能力培养目标与学习支持机制,将制度供给转化为学生终身成长的能力增量.文章以"终身成长"为主线,聚焦于"大学生自主建构知识体系能力"这一落脚点,提出以高校分类改革为制度牵引、以学生认知自主为关键路径,通过课程体系与学分制度优化、教学范式与评价机制转型,系统提升大学生终身自主建构知识体系能力,从而夯实国家自主知识体系建设的人才基础,并为学习型社会建设提供微观支撑.

The digital-intelligent transformation is reshaping the logic of integrated development in education,science and technology,and talent cultivation,thereby imposing new demands on college students to reconstruct their capabilities oriented toward lifelong growth.As a critical stage for the continuous generation of knowledge and the cultivation of abil-ities,the university period provides a vital window for students to develop cognitive autonomy and the capacity for self-constructed knowledge systems.In line with the national strategy of"building an education system that serves lifelong le-arning for all",higher education institutions must not only strengthen their student-centered educational orientation but al-so,against the backdrop of the classification-based reform,shift from homogenized talent cultivation toward differentiated and tiered approaches.Based on the functional positioning of research-oriented,application-oriented,and vocational-skill-oriented institutions,universities should establish differentiated capacity-building objectives and learning support mecha-nisms,thereby transforming institutional provisions into tangible enhancements of students' lifelong growth capabilities.Centering on the theme of"lifelong growth"and focusing on the focal point of"college students' capacity for self-construct-ed knowledge systems",this study proposes that the classification-based reform of higher education institutions serve as an institutional driving force,with students' cognitive autonomy as the key pathway.Through optimizing curriculum systems and credit mechanisms,transforming teaching paradigms and evaluation systems,universities can systematically enhance students' lifelong capacity for self-constructed knowledge systems.This will,in turn,strengthen the talent foundation for the national self-constructed knowledge system and provide micro-level support for the development of a learning society.
