甜瓜蔓枯病是瓜类主要病害之一,严重影响甜瓜的品质和产量.为明确山西省忻州市甜瓜主产区蔓枯病病原菌的种类,本研究对病原菌进行分离及鉴定,同时从健康甜瓜根际土壤中分离筛选出拮抗菌株,结合 16S rRNA序列分析鉴定菌株种类,并通过盆栽试验评估其生防效果.结果表明,该地区甜瓜蔓枯病的病原菌为黑腐球壳菌(Stagonosporopsis cucurbitacearum);筛选获得的XJ18、XJ10、XJ2、XJ5、XJ9 这 5 株菌株对病原菌具有较好的拮抗作用,抑菌率分别为63.40%、61.67%、60.40%、58.83%、55.14%,分析鉴定为耐盐芽孢杆菌(Bacillus halotolerans)、解淀粉芽孢杆菌(Bacillus amyloliquefaciens)、摩加夫芽孢杆菌(Bacillus mojavensis)、贝莱斯芽孢杆菌(Bacillus velezensis)、鲁戈斯芽孢杆菌(Bacillus rugosus).盆栽试验显示,XJ18 和XJ2 防效较显著,分别为 72.84%和 69.43%,以上结果为甜瓜蔓枯病的生物防治提供了数据支持.

Gummy stem blight is one of the main diseases of cucurbit crops,which seriously affects the quality and yield of melons.To clarify the species of pathogens causing gummy stem blight in the main melon-producing areas of Xinzhou city,Shanxi province,this study carried out isolation and identification of the pathogens.Antagonistic strains were isolated and screened from the rhizosphere soil of healthy melons,the species of the strains were identified by combining 16S rRNA sequence analysis,and their biocontrol effects were evaluated through pot experiments.The results showed that the pathogen causing melon gummy stem blight in this region was Stagonosporopsis cucurbitacearum.Five strains(XJ18,XJ10,XJ2,XJ5,and XJ9)obtained by screening had good antagonistic effects against the pathogen,with inhibition rates of 63.40%,61.67%,60.40%,58.83%,and 55.14%respectively,and they were identified as B.halotolerans,B.amyloliquefaciens,B.mojavensis,B.velezensis,and Bacillus rugosusrespectively.Pot experiments showed that XJ18 and XJ2 had the most significant control effects,with control efficiencies of 72.84%and 69.43%respectively.The above results provided a reliable scientific basis for the biological control of melon gummy stem blight.
