农用植物酵素对黄瓜促生效果评价OA
Evaluation of Promoting Effect of Agricultural Plant Enzymes on Cucumber Growth
为研究农用植物酵素在农业生产中的应用效果,利用苹果皮、香蕉皮、甜瓜和黄瓜等废弃物制备农用植物酵素,并评估了农用植物酵素对黄瓜的促生效果.结果表明,自制农用植物酵素能显著促进黄瓜的生长发育,且不同稀释倍数的农用植物酵素对黄瓜的促生效果存在差异.其中,500 倍稀释度的农用植物酵素处理促生效果最明显,与CK相比,黄瓜茎粗、叶面积和叶绿素含量分别提高了 23.94%、28.71%和 46.97%;黄瓜幼苗木质素积累及苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)、肉桂醇脱氢酶(CAD)和过氧化物酶(POD)等木质素生物合成途径关键酶活性显著提升,分别提高了 48.49%、46.73%、54.41%和 50.87%;黄瓜产量显著提高 19.30%.农用植物酵素在农业生产领域中具有广阔的应用前景,本研究能为酵素的广泛应用提供参考.
To study the application effect of agricultural plant enzymes in agricultural production,agricultural plant enzymes were prepared using waste materials such as apple peels,banana peels,melons and cucumbers,and the promoting effect of agricultural plant enzymes on the growth of cucumbers was evaluated.The results showed that the homemade agricultural plant enzyme significantly enhanced cucumber growth and development,with varying effects observed at different dilution ratios.The 500-fold dilution of the agricultural plant enzymes demonstrated the most pronounced growth-promoting effect,increasing cucumber stem diameter,leaf area,and chlorophyll content by 23.94%,28.71%,and 46.97%respectively,compared with CK.Additionally,the accumulation of lignin in cucumber seedlings and the activities of key enzymes in the lignin biosynthesis pathway phenylalanine ammonia-lyase(PAL),cinnamyl alcohol dehydrogenase(CAD),and peroxidase(POD)were significantly elevated,increasing by 48.49%,46.73%,54.41%,and 50.87%respectively.Cucumber yield was also significantly improved,with an increase of 19.30%.Agricultural plant enzymes hold broad application prospects in agricultural production,and this study provided a reference for the widespread application of enzymes.
