超微粉碎对芍药花瓣粉体特性及抗氧化活性的影响OA
Effect of Superfine Grinding on Properties and Antioxidant Activity of Paeonia lactiflora Petal Powder
为探究超微粉碎技术对芍药花瓣粉体物化特性、微观形貌和抗氧化活性的影响,采用低温超微粉碎技术制备芍药花瓣粉,并以中位径为评价指标,通过单因素和正交试验优化工艺.结果表明,超微粉碎芍药花瓣最佳工艺为初破碎时间 20 s、超微粉碎时间 14 min、装料量 65%.在此条件下,超微粉体的中位径为 8.85 μm,休止角增加,振实密度降低,粉体流动性较好;与普通粉体相比,超微粉体的水合特性明显增强.体外抗氧化实验表明,超微粉提取物对DPPH自由基和羟自由基的清除能力优于普通粉提取物,在醇提取浓度为 5 mg/mL时,超微粉醇提物对DPPH自由基和羟自由基的清除率分别为 98.91%和 43.42%.综上,利用低温超微粉碎技术可改善芍药花瓣粉体的水合性质和吸水膨胀性,在一定程度上能提高芍药花粉体中活性成分的溶出和抗氧化性,为芍药精深加工及超微化配料的研发提供理论依据,也为功能性产品的开发提供参考.
In order to investigate the effects of low-temperature superfine grinding technology on Paeonia lactiflorapetal,superfine grinding technology was used to prepare P.lactiflorapetal superfine powder.With the median diameter as the assessment standard,the best preparation technology was determined through single-factor and orthogonal tests,and its physicochemical properties,microstructure,and antioxidant properties of P.lactiflora powder were investigated.The results revealed that the initial crushing time was 20 s,the superfine grinding time was 14 min,and the loading quantity was 65%.Under this process condition,the median diameter of powder was 8.85 μm,the repose angle of powder increased,the tap density decreasesed,and the flowability of the powder was better.In comparison with the conventionally produced powder,the hydration characteristics of superfine powder was obviously enhanced.The antioxidant experiments indicated that the scavenging ability of superfine powder extract was better than that of ordinary powder extract.At 5 mg/mL,the scavenging rates of superfine powder alcohol extract on DPPH free radicals and hydroxyl free radicals were 98.91%and 43.42%,respectively.Overall,low-temperature superfine grinding technology can improve the hydration property and water swelling of P.lactiflorapowder,and to some extent,it can improve the dissolution and antioxidant activity of active ingredients in P.lactiflora powder.This study provides a theoretical perspective for the development and processing of superfine P.lactiflora ingredient to obtain high-value functional products.
