为评估茶园常用杀虫剂 1.5%除虫菊素水乳剂的生态风险,依据相关国家标准,试验分别检测其对非靶标生物(日本鹌鹑、意大利蜜蜂、家蚕、玉米螟赤眼蜂、七星瓢虫)的急性毒性.结果显示,该药剂对日本鹌鹑7 d经口LD50 大于149 mg a.i./kg bw,属中低毒;对意大利蜜蜂48 h经口LD50 为0.382 μg a.i./蜂、接触LD50 为0.294 μg a.i./蜂,均属高毒;对家蚕 96 h LC50 为 0.291 mg a.i./L,属剧毒;对玉米螟赤眼蜂 24 h LR50 为 1.82 g a.i./ha,对七星瓢虫15 d LR50 为 188 g a.i./ha.急性风险评估表明,除虫菊素在田间推荐剂量下对蜜蜂、家蚕和赤眼蜂的风险不可接受,对鹌鹑和瓢虫的风险可接受.试验表明除虫菊素尽管属低毒农药,但其对茶园关键天敌(赤眼蜂)、传粉者(蜜蜂)以及家蚕具有高风险.茶园应用时需严格避开天敌活动高峰期和蜜蜂访花时段,优先采用精准施药技术以减少生态暴露.

To evaluate the ecological risks of 1.5%pyrethrins emulsion,a commonly used insecticide in tea plantations,its acute toxicity to non-target organisms(Japanese quail Coturnix japonica,Italian honeybee Apis mellifera,silkworm Bombyx mori,Asian corn borer egg parasitoid Trichogramma ostriniae,and seven-spotted ladybird Coccinella septempunctata)was tested in accordance with relevant national standards.The results showed that the 7-day oral LD50 for Japanese quail was>149 mg a.i./kg bw(moderately low toxicity),while the 48-hour oral and contact LD50 for Italian honeybees were 0.382 μg a.i./bee and 0.294 μg a.i./bee(highly toxic).The 96-hour LC50 for silkworms was 0.291 mg a.i./L(extreme toxic).For natural enemies,the 24-hour LR50 for T.ostriniae was 1.82 g a.i./ha,and the 15-day LR50 for C.septempunctata was 188 g a.i./ha.Acute risk assessment indicated that pyrethrins posed unacceptable risks to honeybees,silkworms,and T.ostriniaeat,while risks to quails and ladybirds were acceptable.Despite being classified as a low-toxicity pesticide,pyrethrins exhibit high acute risks to key tea plantation biocontrol agents(T.ostriniae),pollinators(A.mellifera),and silkworms.To mitigate ecological exposure,field applications should avoid peak activity periods of natural enemies and bee foraging,with priority given to precision spraying techniques.
