葡萄果实有机酸对区域气候差异的分子响应机制仍缺乏系统研究.本研究以新疆阜康和山东龙山的葡萄园为对象,结合2021-2022年气象数据,连续两年监测果实发育各阶段糖酸动态变化及酒石酸合成相关基因表达.结果显示,两产区葡萄果实在发育前期糖酸变化趋势基本一致,但自转色期起差异显著放大:在阜康干旱气候下,糖分积累加速、酸度迅速下降;龙山湿润条件下,苹果酸和酒石酸维持较高水平.分子水平揭示,产区间差异主要体现在基因表达时序错位(如VvALMT9及氧化还原相关基因表达峰值偏移)和转色期后的细胞壁降解-糖转运通路的地域性转录活跃差异.本研究从转录水平阐明了区域气候对有机酸积累的调控机制,为不同产区葡萄园管理和酸度调控提供理论支撑.

The molecular response mechanisms of grape organic acids to regional climatic differences remain insufficiently studied.In this study,we investigated vineyards in Fukang(Xinjiang)and Longshan(Shandong).By integrating meteorological data from 2021 to 2022,we monitored the dynamic changes in sugar and acid profiles,as well as the expression of genes related to tartaric acid biosynthesis across developmental stages over two consecutive years.The results showed that while sugar and acid variations followed similar trends during early developmental stages,the differences between the two regions were amplified significantly from veraison onwards.Under the dry climate of Fukang,sugar accumulation accelerated and acidity declined rapidly;under the humid climate of Longshan,malic and tartaric acids were maintained at higher levels.Molecular analysis revealed that regional differences were primarily characterized by temporal shifts in gene expression(e.g.,the shifting of expression peaks for VvALMT9 and redox-related genes)and region-specific transcriptional activities in cell wall degradation and sugar transport pathways post-veraison.This study elucidates the regulatory mechanisms of regional climate on organic acid accumulation at the transcriptional level,providing theoretical support for region-specific vineyard management and acidity regulation.
