不同发病程度'木纳格'葡萄酸腐病微生物群落差异研究OA
Study on Microbial Community Differences in'Munage'Grape Sour Rot Disease at Different Disease Severities
为揭示'木纳格'葡萄在不同酸腐病发病程度下微生物群落的差异,本研究采用高通量测序技术分析健康及轻度、中度、重度发病果实的细菌和真菌群落.结果表明,随着病情加重,果实表面微生物α多样性显著下降.细菌群落中变形菌门和厚壁菌门丰度增加,乳杆菌属呈指数式增长,醋酸杆菌属成为优势菌群.真菌群落多样性同样显著下降,汉森酵母属丰度随病情加重逐渐降低,糖酵母属和斯塔美式酵母属丰度显著上升.LEfSe分析识别出各发病阶段特征标志物:细菌方面,健康果实为假单胞菌属,轻度发病为醋酸杆菌类群,中度发病为果糖杆菌属,重度发病为乳杆菌属;真菌方面,健康果实为毕赤酵母属,轻度发病为汉森酵母属,中度发病为葡萄有孢汉森酵母和卡扎奇酵母属,重度发病为糖酵母属.本研究系统揭示了'木纳格'葡萄酸腐病不同发病程度下微生物群落的差异,为构建基于微生物生态调控的葡萄栽培精准防控体系提供科学依据.
To reveal the variation patterns of microbial communities in'Munage'grapes under different degrees of sour rot disease severity,this study employed high-throughput sequencing technology to analyze bacterial and fungal communities in healthy and mildly,moderately,and severely infected fruits.Results showed that microbial α-diversity on fruit surfaces significantly decreased with increasing disease severity.In bacterial communities,the abundance of Proteobacteria and Firmicutes increased,Lactobacillus showed exponential growth,and Acetobacter became the dominant bacterial group.Fungal community diversity also significantly decreased,with Hanseniaspora abundance gradually declining as disease severity increased,while Saccharomycodes and Starmerella abundance increased significantly.LEfSe analysis identified characteristic biomarkers at each disease stage:for bacteria,Pseudomonas was identified in healthy fruits,Acetobacter group in mildly infected fruits,Fructobacillus in moderately infected fruits,and Lactobacillus in severely infected fruits;for fungi,Pichia was identified in healthy fruits,Hanseniaspora in mildly infected fruits,Hanseniaspora uvarum and Kazachstania in moderately infected fruits,and Saccharomycodes in severely infected fruits.This study systematically revealed the differences in microbial communities of'Munage'grape sour rot disease under different disease severities,providing a scientific basis for constructing precision prevention and control systems based on microbial ecological regulation.
