3D生物打印技术作为先进的制造工艺,通过程序化整合生物材料、活细胞及生物活性因子等,可实现具有生理功能的三维组织器官体外构建.其在个体化再生治疗、病理模型重塑及药物筛选等方向已显现出巨大潜力.然而,该技术仍面临诸多挑战:生物墨水与宿主的长期相容性、细胞存活率、打印精度及规模化生产等.本文系统梳理了 3D生物打印技术的最新进展、应用场景、关键限制因素及未来发展方向,以期为后续研究提供借鉴.

As an advanced manufacturing process,3D bioprinting technology enables the in vitro construction of three-dimensional tissues and organs with physiological functions by programmatically integrating biomaterials,living cells,and bioactive factors.It has demonstrated significant potential in personalized regenerative therapy,pathological model reconstruction,and drug screening.However,the technology still faces numerous challenges,including long-term compatibility between bioinks and hosts,cell survival rates during printing,printing precision,and scalable production.This paper systematically reviewed the latest advancements,application scenarios,key limitations,and future development directions of 3D bioprinting technology,aiming to provide insights for subsequent research.
