氟喹诺酮类兽残快速检测技术研究进展OA
Research progress on rapid detection technologies for fluoroquinolone veterinary drug residues
氟喹诺酮类药物作为抗菌剂应用广泛,但残留超标现象屡禁不止,不仅会对人体健康造成严重威胁,还不利于养殖业的可持续健康发展.常规检测方法存在前处理复杂、耗时长和成本高等问题,难以满足兽药残留快速检测的需求,不利于应对突发安全事件.快速检测技术因具有快捷、高效、易操作、成本低等优点,弥补了常规检测技术的不足,成为研究的热点之一.目前关于氟喹诺酮类兽残的常规检测方法的综述较多,针对该类兽残的快速检测技术的综述很匮乏.因此,该文对近年来发展快速的四类主流快检技术:免疫层析法、酶联免疫吸附法、生物传感器及表面增强拉曼光谱进行了综述及展望,以期为快速检测技术更加准确化、快捷化、智能化的发展提供理论参考.
Fluoroquinolone antibiotics(FQs)are widely used as antimicrobial agents,but their persistent residues pose significant risks to human health and hinder the sustainable development of the aquaculture industry.Conventional detection methods for these residues are often limited by complex sample preparation,long processing time,and high costs,which make them inadequate for rapid response to urgent food safety incidents.Rapid detection technologies,with advantages in speed,efficiency,ease of operation,and low cost,have emerged as a promising solution and a major focus of current research.However,a comprehensive review specifically focused on these rapid techniques is still lacking.To fill this gap,this paper reviewed and discussed four mainstream rapid detection technologies developed in recent years:lateral flow immunochromatographic assay,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),biosensors,and surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy(SERS).This review aimed to provide a theoretical reference to guide the future development of more accurate,faster,and smarter rapid detection methods.
