QuEChERS净化-高效液相色谱测定婴幼儿奶粉中磺胺含量的方法建立OA
Determination of sulfonamide in infant formula using QuEChERS purification and HPLC analysis
本文建立以淀粉进行酶解,乙酸锌和亚铁氰化钾沉淀酪蛋白,经离心取上清液使用QuEChERS法净化婴幼儿奶粉中 11 种磺胺,以高效液相色谱法进行测定.磺胺标准曲线在 1.00〜100 μg/L线性范围良好,外标法定量.婴幼儿奶粉中添加磺胺标准工作溶液的回收率为 80.7%〜87.2%,测得相对标准偏差为 0.32%〜3.94%之间,精密度相对标准偏差为 0.009%〜4.73%,重复性相对标准偏差为 1.77%〜4.96%.方法的检出限、定量限、回收率、精密度均满足标准的要求,可作为婴幼儿奶粉中磺胺含量日常检测的应用.
A determination of sulfonamide in infant formula was established using enzymatic hydrolysis of starch and casein precipitation with zinc acetate and potassium ferrocyanide.The supernatant of the precipitation was centrifugated,and purified by QuEChERS.A total of 11 kinds of sulfonamides were identified using high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The sulfonamide standard curve had a good linear range from 1.00 to 100 μg/L,and sulfonamide content was quantified by the external standard method.The recovery rate of sulfonamide was 80.7%〜87.2%and the relative deviation was between 0.32%and 3.94%.The relative deviation of precision and repeatability were 0.009%〜4.73%,and 1.77%〜4.96%,respectively.The detection limit,quantification limit,recovery rate and precision of the method all compliant with applicable standards,and the method was considered suitable for routine monitoring of sulfonamide in infant formula.
