Exploration of the Dual-Supervisor Collaborative Education Mechanism for Education Master's Students Based on Joint Research Themes

教育硕士培养存在校内学习与校外实践相割裂的"学践分离"现象,表现为专业实践零散和脱离真实实践,已成为校内外双导师有效协同育人的堵点.共研主题链接实践问题、研究课题和论文选题,促进校内导师、校外导师、教育硕士生三方协同,是发挥教育硕士双导师协同育人功能的纽带.共研主题引领了校外导师主导的实践问题向研究课题的转化,以及校内导师主导的研究课题向学位论文选题的转化.基于共研主题的成果共创共享,是促进双导师协同育人机制良性运作的动力.

The cultivation of Master of Education(MEd)students often suffers from a″theory-practice dichotomy″,where academic learning within institutions is disconnected from practical experiences outside.This phenomenon manifests as fragmented professional practices and a detachment from real-world contexts,creating a bottleneck for effective collabo-ration between internal and external supervisors.Joint research themes serve as a nexus linking practical problems,re-search topics,and topic selection of the degree thesis,facilitating tripartite collaboration among internal supervisors,exter-nal supervisors,and MEd students.These themes act as a bond to leverage the collaborative educational function of dual supervisors.Joint research themes guide the transformation of practice-oriented problems,led by external supervisors,into research topics,and the conversion of research topics,led by internal supervisors,into the topic of the degree thesis.The co-creation and sharing of outcomes based on joint research themes serve as the driving force for promoting the effective operation of the dual-supervisor collaborative education mechanism.
