森林“四库”促进农村共同富裕的逻辑和路径

Based on theoretical logic,historical logic and practical logic,the paper analyzes the logic and path of forest"four repositories"to promote the realization of common prosperity in forest areas.The results show that:from the theoretical logic,the theory of forest"four reservoirs"is the inheritance and development of the common prosperity theory based on Marx's social and economic development theory,the socialist economic theory system with Chinese characteristics,and the people-centered concept of sharing and common prosperity,which accords with the natural,spiritual,social and historical attributes of common prosperity.From the historical logic,looking back on the evolution of the theory of"four repositories"of forest,we can see that the thought of"three repositories"of forest,the journey of"forest reform",the judgment of"two mountains"and the theory of"four repositories"of forest are consistent in the level of balancing economic development and ecological protection and practicing green development.Taking Ningde of Fujian Province as a case study,this paper systematically explains the internal mechanism and effect of forest"four reservoirs"to promote the realization of common prosperity.To realize the common prosperity of forest area,giving full play to the"four reservoirs"of forest can play an overall,fundamental and long-term promoting role.
