东北地区栎类淀粉原料林资源现状及良种选育
Current Situation of Quercus Starch Raw Material Forest Resources and Selection of Improved Varieties in Northeast China
[目的]}本文以东北地区丰富的栎类资源为基础,以淀粉原料林培育产业为目标,分析东北地区栎类资源面积、种类、现状,并以黑龙江省森工为具体研究对象,依托前期良种选育结果,对我国东北地区栎类淀粉原料资源培育产业发展进行探讨。[结果]东北地区栎林面积约在 600万hm2左右。栎属植物有 7种、5变种、2杂交种、1变型。主要用于地板、桩柱等用材;也是食用菌产业的重要原料。开展栎类淀粉原料林良种选育林分应在海拔≤600m、坡向为阳坡或半阳坡、坡度≤25°以下、土壤有效土层厚度≥15cm,土壤A层厚度≥7cm以上。对一些结实良好的、处于极端立地条件或孤立木要予以高度重视收集种质资源。林分起源应为天然实生林,林龄 30-50年,栎树树种组成在 50%以上,结实量高于周边对比树 1 5%以上,林分比较一致,植株树体健壮,无病虫危害,果实虫蛀率低。郁闭度 0.2-0.6之间。以园果型、薄壳、早熟型为主。冠形应以杯状形、开心形和圆头形为主,树体为矮株形,树姿要选择开张或半开张的。通过对蒙古栎乙醇原料林种源橡实形质指标、主要成分指标地理变异规律的研究,各种源橡实大小、重量、淀粉含量由纬度北向南、由海拔高到低呈现逐步增大的趋势;而橡壳厚度、单宁和脂肪含量则与橡实大小、重量和淀粉含量呈负相关的状态,随着纬度和海拔的降低橡壳厚度逐步下降。[结论]东北地区栎类资源丰富,发展栎类淀粉原料林具有明显优势。发展方式应在做到充分的资源普查的前提下,做好产业布局规划,做好以高产、稳产、高淀粉含量、高抗性、耐储为选育目标的栎类淀粉原料林良种选育,采用集约化的果园经营模式。同时,注意解决栎类淀粉原料林产业发展面临的生态、政策、虫害防治、集约经营技术等相关问题。
[Objective]Based on the abundant Quercus resources in Northeast China and targeting the starch raw mater ial forest cultivation industry,this article analyzes the area,types,and current situation of Quercus resources in Northeast China.Taking forestry industry in Heilongjiang Province as the specific research object,relying on the results of early bre eding of excellent varieties,this article explores the development of Quercus starch raw material resource cultivation indust ry in Northeast China.[Result]The area of Quercus forests in Northeast China is approximately 6 million hm2.There ar e 7 species,5 varieties,2 hybrids,and 1 form of Quercus plants.Mainly used for materials such as floors and piles.It i s also an important raw material for the edible mushroom industry.The selection and breeding of high-quality Quercus sta rch raw material forests should be carried out at altitudes≤600m,with sunny or semi sunny slopes,slopes≤25 ° or below,effective soil layer thickness≥15cm,and soil layer A thickness≥7cm or above.High attention should be paid to the collection of germplasm resources for some sturdy,extreme site conditions or isolated trees.The origin of the fore st should be a natural seedling forest,with a forest age of 30-50 years.The composition of Quercus tree species is more than 50%,and the fruiting capacity is more than 15%higher than the surrounding comparison trees.The forest is relativel y consistent,with robust plants and trees,no disease or pest harm,and low fruit insect infestation rate.The canopy closur e is between 0.2 and 0.6.The main types are orchard fruit type,thin shell type,and early maturing type.The crown sha pe should mainly be cup shaped,open center shaped,and round headed.The tree body should be a dwarf shape,and the tree posture should choose to be open or semi open.Through the study of the geographical variation patterns of the shap e and main component indicators of Quercus seeds from the ethanol raw material forest of Quercus mongolica,the size,weight,and starch content of seeds from different provenance show a gradually increasing trend from north to south latitu de and from high to low altitude.The thickness of the acorn shell,tannins,and fat content are negatively correlated with the size,weight,and starch content of the acorn.As latitude and altitude decrease,the thickness of the acorn shell gradua lly decreases.[Conclusion]The Northeast region is rich in Quercus resources,and the development of Quercus starch ra w material forests has obvious advantages.The development mode should be based on sufficient resource survey,and indu strial layout planning should be done well.The breeding objectives of high-quality oak starch raw material forests should be high yield,stable yield,high starch content,high resistance,and storage tolerance,and an intensive orchard managemen t model should be adopted.At the same time,attention should be paid to addressing the ecological,policy,pest control,a nd intensive management technologies related to the development of Quercus starch raw material forest industry.
