车用发动机润滑油的劣化、变质,可以造成被润滑零件表面磨损及损伤、腐蚀,从而使发动机发生故障、可靠性降低、使用寿命缩短,而乳化是润滑油最常见的失效形式。本文主要简述了润滑油乳化的原理及其严重性,并通过添加不同水含量到润滑油里,研究不同水含量对润滑油性能的影响程度,结果表明:4%水含量时对润滑油的理化数据和抗磨损性能影响最小,并对润滑油乳化的原因进行了分析,为后续润滑油性能升级积累了数据。
