陕西省森林生态产品价值实现效率对县域共同富裕的影响及空间异质性研究1
A study on the impact and spatial heterogeneity of value realisation efficiency of forest ecologic al products on the common wealth of counties in Shaanxi province
[目的]研究陕西省森林生态产品价值实现效率与共同富裕的作用机理，以期为推动生态产品丰富但经济相对落后的欠发达地区实现共同富裕提供新助力，促进贫困地区经济增长，从而能够在生态维度上破解城乡差距的困境，最终实现共同富裕。[方法]本文基于陕西省 2010-2022 年县级面板数据，采用双向固定效应模型、中介效应模型和空间杜宾模型，探究陕西省各区县森林生态产品价值实现效率对共同富裕之间影响及其作用机制。[结果]研究发现:(1)陕西省森林生态产品价值实现效率能推动县域共同富裕，且森林生态产品价值实现效率推进共同富裕的主要贡献来自于纯技术效率。(2)县域森林生态产品价值实现效率能够通过优化城乡就业比推动县域共同富裕。(3)森林生态产品价值实现效率和共同富裕之间存在空间异质性，且存在空间溢出效应。[结论]据此，提出进一步完善生态产品价值实现机制，以期为推动陕西省森林生态产品价值实现和共同富裕提供科学依据和政策建议。
The study of the mechanism between the efficiency of forest ecological product value realisation and common prosperity in Shaanxi Province aims to provide a new boost for the promotion of common prosperity in underdeveloped areas that are rich in ecological products but relatively economically backward, and to promote the economic growth of impoverished areas, so as to be able to crack the dilemma of urban-rural disparity on the ecological dimension and ultimately realise common prosperity. Based on the county-level panel data of Shaanxi Province from 2010 to 2022, this paper adopts the two-way fixed effect model, mediation effect model and spatial Durbin model to explore the impacts of the efficiency of realising the value of forest ecological products on the common wealth and its mechanism of action in the districts and counties of Shaanxi Province. The study found that (1) the efficiency of forest ecological product value realisation in Shaanxi Province can promote the common wealth in counties,and the main contribution of forest ecological product value realisation efficiency to promote the common wealth comes from pure technical efficiency. (2) The value realisation efficiency of forest ecological products in counties can promote the common prosperity of counties through optimising the employment ratio between urban and rural areas. (3) There is spatial heterogeneity between forest ecological product value realisation efficiency and common prosperity, and there is a spatial spillover effect. Accordingly, it is proposed to further improve the mechanism of realising the value of ecological products, in order to provide scientific basis and policy suggestions for promoting the realisation of the value of forest ecological products and common wealth in Shaanxi Province.
