"辨位论治"结合"以痛为腧":一种精准针灸诊疗模式的构建与验证OA

This paper discusses the theoretical features of"location-based differentiation and treatment"(rooted in collateral disease theory,with the principles of"same location,same treatment;different locations,different treatments"and emphasis on macroscopic disease location)proposed by Professor WANG Jianming,and the classic principle of"tender points as acupoints"(finding micro-tender points via tenderness and tissue palpation).This paper discusses the limitations of the two standalone methods:poor operational precision of"location-based differentiation and treatment",and blind point selection in"tender points as acupoints"that easily overlooks the core disease location.It elaborates on the benefits of their combination and presents an innovative integrated model(macroscopic location differentiation-micro acupoint selection-three-dimensional needling-dynamic adjustment).First,the disease location is determined via the four diagnostic methods.Subsequently,target points are dynamically optimized through acupoint palpation,and the acupoint selection scheme is established to guide the angle,depth,and direction of needling.Clinical practice demonstrates that this model greatly improves the logic of acupoint selection and treatment accuracy,realizing holistic treatment for both symptoms and root causes with outstanding efficacy.
