基于CiteSpace针灸治疗胃黏膜损伤知识图谱的可视化分析OA
Visualization analysis of knowledge graphs on acupuncture for gastric mucosal injury based on CiteSpace
目的:采用 CiteSpace 可视化分析软件探究针灸治疗胃黏膜损伤的研究现状和发展趋势.方法:检索中国知网 1990年 1 月 1 日-2025 年 1 月 1 日的相关文献,通过 CiteSpace 6.4.R1 对文献的作者、研究机构、关键词进行可视化分析.结果:共纳入文献 1 899 篇,经过研究分析,整体发文量呈现上升趋势,近两年略有下降;核心作者以常小荣、易受乡、严洁、杨宗保等为代表,常小荣、刘密、易受乡、严洁之间的合作次数比较多,主要研究方向为针灸治疗胃黏膜损伤的机制研究.主要研究单位集中在中医药大学,分别是广州中医药大学、湖南中医药大学、北京中医药大学,其中,广州中医药大学 93 篇,湖南中医药大学92篇,北京中医药大学 63篇.关键词排序居前 4位的为针灸、慢性胃炎、艾灸、临床疗效.关键词研究发现,针灸治疗胃黏膜损伤研究经历了三个阶段的演变,即经验积累期、机制探索期、整合创新期.结论:知识图谱直观地展现了针灸治疗胃黏膜损伤从 1990 年 1 月以来的研究现状,分析得出应加强研究团队间的协同创新机制建设,建立针灸治疗胃黏膜损伤的多学科协作平台;优化科研评价体系,鼓励跨机构、跨学科合作,促进中西医结合研究;增加针灸治疗胃黏膜损伤的临床适应证推广力度.相关研究会在作用机制和临床疗效方面进一步深入,且穴位贴敷、温针灸、炎症因子等可能是未来的研究热点和方向.
Objective:To investigate the current status and development trends of acupuncture treatment for gastric mucosal injury using CiteSpace visualization analysis software.Methods:All relevant literature from January 1,1990,to January 1,2025,was retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI).Visualization analysis of authors,research institutions,and keywords was conducted using CiteSpace 6.4.R1.Results:A total of 1 899 articles were included.Analysis revealed an overall upward trend in publication volume,with a slight decline in the past two years.Core authors included CHANG Xiaorong,YI Shouxiang,YAN Jie,and YANG Zongbao.Frequent collaborations occurred among CHANG Xiaorong,LIU Mi,YI Shouxiang,and YAN Jie,with primary research focusing on the mechanisms of acupuncture treatment for gastric mucosal injury.Major research institutions were concentrated in traditional Chinese medicine universities,specifically Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine,Hunan University of Chinese Medicine,and Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,with 93,92,and 63 papers respectively.The top four keywords were acupuncture,chronic gastritis,moxibustion,and clinical efficacy.Keyword analysis revealed that acupuncture research on gastric mucosal injury has evolved through three stages:experience accumulation,mechanism exploration,and integrated innovation.Conclusion:The visual knowledge graph depicts the research landscape of acupuncture for gastric mucosal injury since January 1990.Analysis suggests the need to strengthen collaborative innovation mechanisms among research teams and establish multidisciplinary platforms for acupuncture treatment of gastric mucosal injury.To optimize the scientific research evaluation system,it should encourage cross-institutional and interdisciplinary collaboration to promote integrated Chinese and Western medicine research.Efforts to promote clinical indications for acupuncture treatment of gastric mucosal injury should be intensified.Related research will delve deeper into mechanisms of action and clinical efficacy,with acupoint application,warm acupuncture,and inflammatory factors emerging as potential future research hotspots and directions.
