功能性消化不良是一种常见的脑肠互动障碍性疾病,其发病与十二指肠黏膜屏障损伤、低度炎症及脑-肠轴失调密切相关.文章系统论述针灸通过多靶点调控脑-肠轴治疗功能性消化不良的作用机制,旨在阐明针灸通过"屏障修复-抑制炎症-调节脑肠轴"三位一体的整合效应治疗功能性消化不良的优势,并为未来研究提供方向.
Functional dyspepsia(FD)is a common disorder of brain-gut interactions,closely associated with duodenal mucosal barrier impairment,low-grade inflammation,and brain-gut axis dysfunction.This article systematically reviews the mechanisms by which acupuncture treats FD through multi-targeted regulation of the brain-gut axis,aiming to elucidate its therapeutic advantages via a tripartite integrative effect"barrier repair,inflammation inhibition,and brain-gut axis modulation",and to provide direction for future research.
