刺五加保健食品开发现状及启示OA
Development Status and Enlightenment of Acanthopanacis Senticosi Radix et Rhizoma Seu Caulis Functional Food
刺五加是中国传统中药材之一,其功效主要体现在益气健脾、补肾安神方面,且含有苷类、多糖、黄酮类、木脂素、苯丙素以及香豆素等多种生物活性成分,鉴于这些成分,刺五加在医药和健康食品领域具有显著的开发潜力.本研究聚焦于含有刺五加成分的健康食品,通过国家特殊食品信息查询平台,对其保健作用、剂型、地理分布、主要成分及其配伍、活性成分、推荐摄入量以及安全性、不适宜人群等进行了全面的分析.同时,本研究还利用国家知识产权局的数据,对 2000-2023 年国内外涉及刺五加的保健食品专利进行了统计和分析,以评估其在健康食品领域的应用前景.为刺五加的深度开发和有效利用提供参考.
Acanthopanacis Senticosi Radix et Rhizoma Seu Caulis is one of the traditional and precious Chinese herbal medicines.It has the effects of invigorating qi and invigorating spleen,invigorating kidney and calming nerves.It contains a variety of active ingredi-ents,such as glycosides,polysaccharides,flavonoids,lignans,phenylpropanoids,coumarins,etc.,which is of great development value in medicine and health food.This paper took acanthopanax health food as the research object,and used the national special food informa-tion query platform to make a comprehensive analysis of its health function,dosage form,distribution area,main raw materials and com-patibility,effective ingredients,consumption amount and safety,unsuitable population.Meanwhile,this study also utilized data from the National Intellectual Property Administration to conduct statistics and analysis on functional food patents related to Acanthopanacis Sen-ticosi Radix et Rhizoma Seu Caulis both at home and abroad from 2000 to 2023,in order to assess its application prospects in the field of health food,to provide a reference for the in-depth development and effective utilization of Acanthopanacis Senticosi Radix et Rhizoma Seu Caulis.
