孕晚期B族链球菌感染对分娩结局影响OA

Objective:To analyze the impact of group B streptococcus(GBS)infection in late pregnancy on delivery outcomes.Method:A total of 50 pregnant women with GBS infection in late pregnancy admitted to Majiang County People's Hospital from August 2024 to August 2025 were randomly selected as the study group.Another 50 pregnant women in late pregnancy without GBS infection who gave birth in Majiang County People's Hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.Both groups underwent vaginal delivery.The incidence rates of adverse pregnancy outcomes in pregnant women and adverse neonatal outcomes were compared between the two groups.Result:In the study group,5 cases experienced premature delivery,8 cases had premature rupture of membranes,2 cases developed intrauterine infection,3 cases had postpartum hemorrhage,3 cases newborns developed pneumonia,1 case had meningitis,and 1 case had sepsis.In the control group,1 case had postpartum hemorrhage,and 1 case newborn developed pneumonia.The incidence rates of adverse pregnancy outcomes in pregnant women and adverse neonatal outcomes in the study group were higher than those in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:GBS infection in late pregnancy can increase the risk of adverse outcomes for both pregnant women and newborns.It is recommended to strengthen screening and preventive treatment for GBS infection in pregnant women during the perinatal period in clinical practice.
