传统方法与纤维支气管镜在双腔支气管导管插管中的应用效果对比研究OA

Objective:To compare the application effects of traditional methods and fiberoptic bronchoscopy in double lumen endotracheal intubation.Method:A study was conducted on 90 patients who underwent double lumen endotracheal intubation at Pu'an County People's Hospital in Guizhou Province from January 2024 to September 2025.They were divided into two groups using the single and double number method.45 patients who were assigned to a single number were included in the control group using traditional auscultation.Those who were assigned to a double number were included in the observation group,the double lumen endotracheal intubation was performed using fiberoptic bronchoscopy positioning,and the relevant indicators of the two groups were compared.Result:The proportion of successful catheterization in the observation group and the accuracy of catheter tip positioning was higher than the control group.The time required for the observation group to confirm the catheter position and the time required to complete the intubation operation were shorter than the control group.The incidence of adverse events related to the intubation process in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.The above differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05)Conclusion:Compared with traditional auscultation,the application effect of fiberoptic bronchoscopy in double lumen endotracheal intubation is better.It can not only improve the success rate of one-time intubation and the accuracy of catheter position in patients,shorten the catheter positioning and intubation time,but also ensure the safety of intubation.
