髋关节置换术后病人康复锻炼依从性影响因素的范围综述OA

Objective:To provide a comprehensive review of the influencing factors of rehabilitation exercise compliance in patients after hip replacement surgery(HA),and to provide reference for the development of effective nursing measures in clinical practice.Method:Computer searches were conducted on PubMed,Web of Science,EMbase,the Cochrane Library,CNKI,Wanfang Database,VIP Database,and China Biomedical Literature Database to collect Chinese and English literature on the factors affecting rehabilitation exercise compliance in patients after hip replacement surgery from the establishment of the database until January 2026.Literature screening,data extraction,and integration analysis were conducted according to the PRISMA-ScR guidelines,and the influencing factors were classified and sorted using thematic induction.Result:A total of 25 articles that met the criteria were included,including 18 Chinese articles and 7 English articles.Extract four major influencing factors of rehabilitation exercise compliance in patients after hip replacement surgery:individual level,social and psychological level,pathological level,and medical environment level.Conclusion:The rehabilitation exercise compliance of patients after HA is influenced by multidimensional factors,and existing research is still mainly focused on univariate analysis,lacking mechanism research on the interaction of multiple factors and the construction of localized intervention models.In the future,special populations such as the elderly and those with underlying diseases should be focused on,and multi center,large sample longitudinal studies should be conducted to provide more targeted intervention measures for clinical rehabilitation nursing practice.
