基于CiteSpace的中国中医药与养老服务融合研究热点与趋势分析OA
Hotspots and trends analysis of research on the integration of traditional Chinese medicine and elderly care services in China based on CiteSpace
目的 梳理中国中医药与养老服务融合研究的演进脉络及前沿趋势.方法 检索中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台和维普网2016年1月1日至2025年12月31日收录的相关文献,使用CiteSpace 6.4.R1进行可视化分析.结果 中医药与养老服务融合研究的发文量呈波动上升,合作较分散;研究热点聚焦服务内容、服务模式与体系构建及支撑条件;健康养老服务为前沿主题.结论 中医药养老服务融合研究重点正从模式探索转向社区应用与体系建设.下一步应加强跨学科合作,健全人才和服务机制,更好发挥中医药在养老服务中的优势.
Objective To review the evolution and frontiers of research on the integration of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and elderly care services in China.Methods Relevant literatures published between January 1,2016 and December 31,2025 were retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform,and VIP databases.CiteSpace 6.4.R1 was used for visual analysis.Results The number of publications on research into the integration of TCM and elderly care services shows a fluctuating upward trend,yet collaborative networks remained fragmented.Research hotspots centered on service content,models and system development,and enabling conditions.Healthy aging services emerged as the frontier themes.Conclusion Research focus on TCM-elderly care integration is shifting from model exploration to community-based implementation and system development.Future efforts should foster interdisciplinary collaboration,strengthen talent cultivation,and refine support mechanisms to better harness TCM's potential in elderly care.
