专科护理门诊引入结构化护理电子病历系统的SWOT分析OA

Objective To understand the perceptions and experiences of specialized outpatient nursing clinic nurses regarding the structured electronic nursing record system in specialized outpatient nursing clinics from the perspectives of strengths(S),weaknesses(W),opportunities(O),and threats(T).Methods Based on the SWOT analysis method,purposive sampling was used to select 18 nurses from specialized outpatient nursing clinics at a tertiary hospital in Beijing for qualitative interviews.Content analysis was employed to analyze the data from four dimensions:Strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and threats.Results A total of 4 main themes and 14 sub-themes were extracted.The system demonstrated significant advantages in improving efficiency,standardizing documentation,data statistics,and information sharing,but also faced multiple challenges including system costs,adaptation requirements,and data security risks.Meanwhile,policy support,technological development,and patient expectations presented opportunities for the system,while resistance and security concerns,difficulties in data interoperability,and incomplete regulations posed potential threats.Conclusion The structured electronic nursing record system provides a reliable foundation for the development of specialized outpatient nursing clinics.It is recommended to promote its implementation through phased deployment,enhanced training,and technological integration.
