老年PD患者双向社会支持的潜在剖面分析及影响因素研究OA

Objective To explore the potential profile of two-way social support and its influencing factors in elderly patients with peritoneal dialysis(PD).Methods A total of 342 elderly PD patients admitted at Fenyang Hospital in Shanxi Province were selected as study subjects from March to July 2025.The participants were assessed using general information questionnaire,bidirectional social support scale,and quality of life scale.A latent profile analysis was conducted on the two-way social support among elderly PD patients,and multiple Logistic regression analysis was employed to identify influencing factors for different latent categories.Results Two-way social support among elderly patients with PD can be categorized into three distinct subgroups:low acceptance-lambing-negative group(25.44%),moderate acceptance-capable-lambing-self-reliant group(49.12%),and high acceptance-willing-to-lambing-optimistic group(25.44%).Factors can influence two-way social support across these subgroups include dialysis duration,non-compliance with monitoring parameters,complications,psychological well-being,physical health status,mental health status,and health changes(P<0.05).Conclusion There is significant heterogeneity in two-way social support among elderly PD patients.Healthcare professionals should identify its characteristics and specific profiles to implement targeted interventions.
