基于数据挖掘探析艾灸治疗成人化疗相关性恶心呕吐的选穴规律OA

Objective To analyze the clinical acupoint selection rules and meridian compatibility characteristics of moxibustion for chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting in adults,so as to provide a scientific reference for the clinical management of gastrointestinal adverse reactions in patients with malignant tumors after chemotherapy.Methods Literature search was conducted to identify studies on the correlation between moxibustion and the alleviation of chemotherapy-related nausea and vomiting in adults,ultimately selecting 71 articles involving 30 acupoints with a total usage frequency of 252 instances.Statistical analyses were performed on the frequency,occurrence rate,and meridian association of the identified acupoints.Association rule mining was employed to elucidate the logical relationships and characteristic patterns among different acupoints when combined through data analysis.Results The high-frequency key acupoints are,in sequence,Zusanli,Zhongwan,Shenque,and Neiguan.They involved a total of 8 meridians,primarily the conception vessel and the stomach meridian of foot-yangming.Association rule analysis revealed that the combination of Zusanli and Zhongwan exhibits the highest support degree.Cluster analysis classified the high-frequency acupoints into three categories.Conclusion For the treatment of chemotherapy-related nausea and vomiting in adults,moxibustion typically targets acupoints along the conception vessel and the Foot-Yangming Stomach Meridian,with the core points being Zusanli and Zhongwan.The selection of acupoints comprehensively aligns with pathological characteristics,with clear prioritization of meridian combinations,providing a standardized reference for clinical implementation of moxibustion therapy.
